In I-AA, No. 7 Delaware hosts No. 12 James Madison this weekend in a battle of national powers. Personally, I think Delaware and its high-octane offense will steal the show. This is a team that averages more than 485 yards per game, including 306 passing yards per game AND is coming off a 59-52 win over Navy where they totaled 581 yards!

And if one is debating the player of the year in I-AA, look no further than Delaware running back Omar Cuff, who has rushed for 1004 yards and 24 touchdowns in eight games. Not to mention he has 268 yards receiving and four TD's through the air!
