Great step-by-step program...

Notes:

1. some of the jumps seem overwhelming - just give them a try - what your body can do at each level may surprise you!

2. if you have a bad day, decide to just repeat the previous level of workout - this will seem easier and you'll get out there, and once you're out there,  you will likely just go ahead and do the full workout anyway - the hardest part is just getting out there

3. if you feel it's too rough, stay at a level until you've mastered it and push the rest of the workouts back - I think we repeated a previous day twice in the whole program, and we really needed it.

4. even if you think you're not a runner, give this a try - our bodies are made to be used and your body will respond - you may surprise yourself!
