I think he is a great point guard, and if the celtics win, he gets finals MVP, hands down. unless the jerry west it, then it goes to Pau, despite the loss. but with rondo's play i doubt that
No. Not even close. Sporadic defensive performances from Rondo and poor free throw shooting. You got to be the one closing games and Fisher torched him in the final quarter. I do admit Rondo has improved, but, the standards of an MVP? He needs to keep improving.
Rajon Rondo is a very good ball handeler, but i dont think that he is old enough to have an MVP award and he also has things that he can work on. all of my friends, family, and coaches always tell me that.
if the celtics win the title, the Finals MVP is going to him,no doubt. In my opinion he's been the best player this postseason..However,only three other point guards(magic, bob cousy and steve nash),have ever won a regular season mvp.So if great point guards like chris paul, john stockton or jason kidd and other great point guards cant win mvp,i dont think rondo can either. But he's gonna be a major force if he can be consistent with his jumpshot.
