I had my knees replaced last Oct/Nov. I am ready (I think) to start training for a mini-tri (swim 1/4 mile, bike 12, run/walk 2). I have never been a runner,
so I'm basically at couch potato status from that point. I bike 10-12 miles every other day. Before the knee replacement, I was swimming 1/2 mile every other day.
Should I follow the couch potato to 5K schedule to get the walking/running piece?
