Any suggestions for a bike training ride near Gatlinburg, TN?

I'll be in Gatlinburg, TN for vacation in a couple of weeks and I am looking for a good bike route for a 1 hour training ride.  Also are there any suggestions for a few family leisure bike rides in the Smokey Mountain vicinity?
