I read a lot of interesting posts today after LeBron James said he's decided to join the Heat and leave the Cavaliers after an unsuccessful seven-year quest for the ring he covets on Thursday night.
"I can't say it was always in my plans, because I never thought it was possible," James said on a made-for-LeBron live show on ESPN.
"I PERSONALLY GUARANTEE THAT THE CLEVELAND CAVALIERS WILL WIN AN NBA CHAMPIONSHIP BEFORE THE SELF-TITLED FORMER 'KING' WINS ONE" - Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert gave his reaction to LeBron James leaving.
Championships? Probably. Money? No doubt. LeBron James chose the Heat for the right reasons.
The only people i feel sorry for in this scenario are the people and businesses in cleveland, those are the only people i feel sorry for.they've had a miserable run when it comes to sports, and now you can add "The Decison" to it.lebron made the right choice to got to miami,he has the chance to win multiple championships with d-wade and chris, even though his legacy would take a huge hit, even though they would call him "wade's pippen",and that just shows how much he wants to win,AND HE'S NOT EVEN GETTING A MAX CONTRACT!!the onlly problem i had with lebron is that he shouldnt have shoved cleveland under the bus like that,on national tv,he should've done all of this privately, and thats why i feel so sorry for the city of cleveland.
either way, lebron would've been canned by the media,if he stayed in cleveland, they would say, lebron's ego is too big,and he doesnt want to share the stage with other superstars.i think they should leave lebron alone,he made the right choice.
