Dara Torres, the 12 time Olympic swimming medalist and 5 time Olympian is coming to the Scottsdale/Phoenix area next Tuesday, July 27^th for a book signing/meet & greet and is available for interviews. She captured the world’s attention during the 2008 Olympics in Beijing when the 41 year old mother won 3 Silver Medals. She beat swimmers that were half her age. Dara is the oldest swimming medalist in Olympic history. In all, she has 4 Golds, 4 Silvers and 4 Bronze medals. Now, she is seriously considering an attempt to swim in the 2012 Games in London, when she will be 45 years old!
