I should just get into the habit of going right to bed shortly after I get home from work, instead of around 3:00 am or so. If I do that, I could get up earlier and get into a more regular habit of running/exercising. Then I could save one day a week to catch up on stuff. Right now in my area it is cold, and I am not great with running outdoors in cold weather, although I have done it. So I may concentrate on doing intervals on a treadmill, at least for now, to work on trying to increase my speed (or lack thereof).
What is this C25k training program that everyone is talking about, and where is the link to it, so I can see the training program?
