Was the Duke Lacrosse eligibility ruling justified?

The Duke eligibility ruling allows all members of the of team an extra year of eligibility except those that were freshman during the 2007 season and one 5th year senior. What do you think? Was the Duke eligibility ruling justified?

was this in regards to the Duke rape case?

goals for 2011:

break 19minutes for 5k

break 2:42 for olympic triathlon probably Anthracite olympic

break 3:16 for marathon ( a long shot but it's fun putting yourself out there)

Yes. The team that was involved that also lost their season that year was granted an extra year of eligibility.
