So… we are going to have a baby in a month and between work and caring for my wife and baby I don’t see myself getting significant time for training. I currently train four times a week and clock about 6-7 miles with a day of strength training. Once the baby arrives, I anticipate being able to do about 2-3 sessions of stretching and maybe one quality session for running/ strength. I expect this situation to change about 4 months down the line when we have more family around to help and then I can resume my regular training or perhaps even increase it. My question: what’s the best I can do in this intervening period so that I may start as close as possible to where I leave off?
