I started to feel a pain on the inside of my knee about 2 inches below the knee cap on my left and right knees. I went to see a doctor and was diagnosed with Pes Anserine Bursitis and Tendinitis, and prescribed rest and PT excercises, which were mostly hamstring and glut stretches. After a week of no running and no pain when jumping I went on a 1 mile run. I am started to feel the irritation in the bursitis again. I am considering getting a cortisol shot in both knees. Has anyone else been through this? How long did it take for you to recover?
